Primary Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary point of contact for finance systems-related inquiries and support
  • Lead the assessment, planning, and implementation of S/4HANA migration, including process redesign and integration of connected systems 
  • Provide expert advice on system functionalities and digital transformation initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between Finance and Technology teams to accurately translate business needs into system solutions
  • Define, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and system integrations
  • Conduct audit checks to ensure system compliance, data accuracy, and integrity
  • Lead process flow documentation and mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvements
  • Support process improvements and automation opportunities within finance systems
  • Assist in training and preparing documentation for finance system users to facilitate smooth adoption


Qualifications:


  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering and IT
  • 2-4 years of experience in Finance quality assurance or audit checks.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable in S/4HANA is a plus
